ResponsibilitiesDrive engineering changes within a regulated framework including the associated V&V, process and implementation activities required.Own part and component obsolescence changes.Drive cross-functional root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), coordinating with quality, suppliers, and manufacturing teams.Own delivery of technical solutions that enhance product reliability.Provide technical support to manufacturing operations for electrical/electronic assemblies, PCBs, and embedded systems.Perform component-level failure analysis of PCBAs to support production and field returns to determine root cause.Support of design changes related to electronic manufacturing test systems, including ICT, flying probe, test equipment and automated test systems.Experience (Nice to have)Experience working effectively with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and external partners.Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM)PCB design experience with a good understanding of design concepts and component selectionKnowledge of power electronics, sensing and control circuitry, cabling routing, computing hardware and integrationGood understanding of EMC, and methods to eliminate electronic interferenceHands-on experience with component-level diagnostics tools (electrical test bench equipment).Knowledge of electronic and mechanical CAD design tools.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Consideration will also be given to individuals with alternative degrees if balanced by relevant technical experience.Experience in electrical/electronic engineering, preferably in a regulated environmentProven track record in problem-solving and root cause analysis in production settingsTrack record in supplier collaboration and component lifecycle managementExcellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.An excellent team player who knows how to work in a team environment.
