Role Overview
The Private Markets Financial Operations team in Dublin is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Investment Controller. This role focuses on investment controlling activities, including:
1. Coordination with global teams on investment controlling activities;
2. Relationship management with internal teams and stakeholders;
3. Monitoring and analysis of investment activities for private equity programs;
4. Reconciliation of monthly valuations prepared by administrators;
5. Supervision of work performed by external service providers;
6. Preparation of periodic reports for private equity programs;
7. Forecasting, cash management, and performance measurement of private equity funds;
8. Responding to investor requests;
9. Participation in projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
* Degree or qualification in accounting or finance;
* Over 3 years of experience in private equity, focusing on investment controlling, portfolio performance, and reporting;
* Experience managing external fund administrators and reviewing their work;
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines;
* Proactive mindset with an understanding of investment transactions.
