- €120,000 + Pension + Healthcare The Company Our client is a long-established, international manufacturing business operating in a regulated production environment.Supplying a global customer base across multiple regions, the organisation supports large-scale operations through advanced processing facilities and a complex supply network.The Kildare site is a key part of the wider group and continues to see ongoing investment in equipment, systems, and technical capability to support long-term growth.The Role As Maintenance Manager, you will lead site-wide maintenance operations while overseeing capital projects and technical improvements.Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will: Lead maintenance operations to ensure plant reliability, uptime, and cost efficiency Deliver preventative, predictive, and Lean-based maintenance programmes Own maintenance budgets, KPIs, and performance targets Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities Drive automation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage contractors, vendors, and service partners Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams Develop, coach, and lead maintenance and engineering teams The Person This role suits an experienced maintenance or engineering leader from a manufacturing environment.We welcome candidates with: Senior maintenance or engineering management experience Strong knowledge of asset reliability, utilities, and maintenance systems Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments Proven leadership and people management capability Strong project management and commercial awareness A practical, improvement-driven approach Exposure to Lean, TPM, or similar methodologies (advantageous, not essential) The Package €90,000
