Job Title: Product Owner - (FinTech Applications)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: 80-85K DOE + benefits package
About the Role Hiring on behalf of a client seeking a driven Product Owner to fully own the roadmap and delivery of high-impact consumer features in a fast-growing global FinTech super app. You'll set goals, prioritise based on data and strategy, and lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Operations) to ship products that simplify finance for millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define team goals, success metrics, and roadmap aligned with the company mission.
2. Own products end-to-end: ideation, development, launch, growth, and ongoing optimisation.
3. Drive prioritisation using data analysis, market research, user insights, and ROI focus.
4. Collaborate closely with Design/UX Research for exceptional user journeys and experiences.
5. Partner with Engineering for effective, timely delivery.
6. Engage stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Strategy, and Operations.
7. Communicate vision, progress, and narrative to senior leadership.
8. Manage people directly (Engineering, Operations, Design resources).
Requirements
9. 3+ years in high-growth tech or banking/finance domains (payments, acquiring, investments, crypto, insurance).
10. 2+ years successfully leading consumer-facing mobile products.
11. 1+ years people management experience.
12. Outstanding communication (written/oral) and ability to influence leadership.
13. Sharp eye for UX/UI and deep understanding of design best practices.
14. Strong analytical skills with proven ROI-based prioritisation.
15. Hands-on bias for action - comfortable bootstrapping and launching from scratch.
16. Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
17. Bachelor's degree from a top university (nice-to-have).
