Financial Claims Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Financial Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex financial claims, including Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers Liability claims.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and analyze claims to determine their validity and potential value.
* Communicate with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on claim status.
* Collaborate with underwriters and other teams to ensure accurate and timely reserving of claims.
* Identify and report suspect or fraudulent claims in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements:
* A legal qualification or extensive experience in financial claims handling.
* Strong knowledge of commercial and civil law, particularly in areas such as Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers Liability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
