Care Manager Leader Opportunity
This role involves managing a team of carers, ensuring efficient on-boarding, rostering, training, and overall welfare. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to oversee and assist in providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals.
* Key Duties:
* Manage carer on-boarding, rosters, training, and overall welfare.
* Deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training to prepare carers for client care.
* Use One Touch Care Management software to monitor daily activities, ensuring safeguarding and compliance.
* Communicate closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling, client care, and HSE communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher).
* 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Well organised and process driven.
