Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns, and providing client solutions.
Experience with video (e.g., YouTube) and online branding products.
Experience in data analysis, interpreting datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into narratives.
Fluent in English and Turkish to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Quick learner of technical concepts and know when to apply them.
Capability to oversee multiple simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.
Excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Become a trusted advisor to priority Google Ads clients by understanding how digital marketing and technology solutions can address their business challenges, acting as a collaborative thought partner, architecting media plans, and effectively delivering complex technical solutions.
Partner effectively and build relationships with external advertisers to unlock business outcomes powered by Google Ads campaigns, driving product adoption and business growth across the sales lifecycle (support planning and pitching alongside the Google Ads sales team, implementation and optimization).
Serve as the customer's Video product expert by successfully delivering consultative digital marketing solutions that advance the customer's sophistication and digital maturity level on Video.
Measure, analyze, and advocate for the value of Google's Ad solutions, differentiating them from performer offerings.
