A leading technology services provider, specializing in infrastructure solutions, is seeking a proactive and organized IT Service Delivery Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the internal IT function. The company delivers projects across multiple European locations and is recognized as a trusted partner in the data infrastructure sector.
This role is well-suited for someone with a solid IT background who enjoys coordinating processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of IT operations. Basic technical troubleshooting and end-user support skills will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and track IT service requests and escalations with the company's Managed Service Provider (MSP).
* Assist in maintaining IT documentation (policies, procedures, change logs, incident reports, asset registers, software licenses, etc.).
* Support procurement activities for IT equipment and software, including vendor communication, order coordination, and asset/license tracking.
* Assist with software licensing, renewals, and compliance.
* Help manage user onboarding and offboarding processes (account setup, hardware allocation/returns).
* Collect user feedback and identify recurring issues to suggest improvements.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal IT queries and escalate issues appropriately to the MSP or internal teams.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive IT system documentation.
Requirements:
* Strong foundational knowledge in IT.
* Prior experience in an IT support or coordination role.
* Familiarity with working with or alongside a Managed Service Provider is a plus.
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and terminology.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
* Strong communication and coordination abilities.
* Comfortable dealing with third-party vendors and service providers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
