Studio East is a fast-moving creative studio working across branding, digital and performance. We’ve got studios in Dublin, London and Dubai, and we build sharp, design-led websites for brands in fashion, fintech, Saas and more. We mix strong design with clean, scalable build. Nothing bloated. Nothing overbuilt. Just smart, well-considered work that does the job and looks good doing it.
We’re looking for a junior who sits right between design and development. Someone who’s just as comfortable in Figma as they are in Framer. If you’re into interaction, layout, accessibility and visual systems, and you want to learn fast, this is for you.
The Role
You’ll work directly with our creative team of designers, devs and copywriters to help bring websites and apps to life. That could mean designing in Figma, thinking about how things move, respond and behave in build. You’ll also get involved in optimisation, accessibility and performance. The things that take a build from good to great.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety. You’ll get support, feedback and space to grow.
What You'll Do
* Design layouts and components in Figma
* Build landing pages and microsites in Framer
* Prototype interactions and user flows
* Help with responsiveness, optimisation and accessibility
* Support across WordPress, Webflow and React projects
* Keep your files tidy, structured and easy to work with
* Collaborate with other designers and devs
* Ask questions, bring ideas and keep learning
What You Bring
* A folio that shows good type, layout and structure
* Some hands-on experience with Framer or Webflow
* A basic understanding of HTML, CSS and interaction
* An eye for UI and a good sense of design detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment
* Organised, open and keen to improve
* Motion or animation skills are a nice bonus
* Curiosity and initiative matter more than experience
