About the Role
The Student Service Coordinator is a vital position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide top-notch service to students by delivering information, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors, offering courteous and professional assistance, advice, and feedback handling.
* Collaborate with senior staff members to generate and convert walk-in students into enrolled students.
* Manage accommodation services, including residence and homestay allocations, maintaining records in accordance with company policies.
* Plan, implement, and promote student activities, providing support to students as needed.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures, including immigration requirements; may be trained as a Designated School Official in the US.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the student experience, including managing the Student Ambassador Program.
* Coordinate the delivery of student arrivals, transfers, homestay assignments, and first-day operations.
* Assist with the collection of student payments in accordance with finance policies.
Education and Experience
A-level or equivalent qualifications are required, along with fluency in English (verbal and written). Higher education is desirable, and knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in multicultural settings, is essential. Customer service experience, multicultural environment exposure, travel experience as a language student, and knowledge of accommodation in the EFL industry are highly valued.
