The Team and Role:
The Supply Chain and Logistics Product Owner is a Digital Transformation leader and a key role as part of a wider Operations organization within our Digital Office to sustain and focus on designing, implementing and delivering new capabilities to Global Operations business functions. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the technology, solution and infrastructure supports operational excellence while improving efficiency across the supply chain ecosystem. This role typically involves collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain and other Digital Office and IT functions.

1. Strategic Global Operations Enablement
2. Lead technology-first solutions for the Supply Chain and Logistics organization that streamline workflows, reduce complexity, and enhance productivity.
3. Collaborate with Global Operations leaders to deliver innovative tools that meet business requirements while optimizing existing technology investments.
4. Manage and execute an actionable technology roadmap in partnership with IT product owners and the Global Operations decision-makers.
5. Ensure alignment between business goals, financial systems, and digital solutions to create scalable and harmonized processes.
6. Work with technical development teams to deliver new capabilities.
7. Technology Leadership
8. Oversee the company's Global Operations technology stack, including key platforms such as Oracle ERP Supply Chain, Logistics and Trade Compliance solutions.
9. Set the strategic vision for the selection, integration, and governance of new technologies, ensuring security, privacy, and compliance with financial regulations.
10. Bring industry thought leadership to the Global Operations leadership team, proposing meaningful solutions for innovation and efficiency in financial operations.
11. Architect platform solutions in Oracle ERP, Kinaxis planning and logistics systems for new digitization capabilities.
12. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
13. Build deep, strategic relationships with Logitech's Global Operations leadership staff and act as a trusted partner to identify and define opportunities for value creation .
14. Drive cross-functional collaboration by bridging Global Operations, IT, operations, and external vendor teams to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions.
15. Champion change management efforts to inspire adoption and ensure transformation success across diverse teams.
16. Performance Management & Business Impact
17. Define goals, benefit KPIs, and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics for new technology capability implementations.
18. Track and analyze the impact of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
19. Review prototypes and solution blueprints to ensure alignment with Global Operations business needs and objectives.

21. Monitor and manage the budget utilization for Global Operations technology investments, ensuring resources are allocated strategically for maximum business value.
22. Collaborate on post-implementation strategies for operations systems, ensuring sustainability, scalability, and effortless user experiences.
23. Leverage vendor relationships to maximize the value from external partnerships and tools for Global Operations solutions.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
* 12+ years of experience in delivering supply chain and operations projects.
* Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively, articulate a solution, and influence business outcomes.
* Experience in Oracle eBS Supply chain modules Order. Management, Logistics, Shipping, Quality, Procurement and sourcing in On-prem and SaaS Cloud with the ability to get hands on for configuration set-ups where needed.
* Problem solving capabilities.
* Demonstrate Performance measurement / Business Outcome Focus supported by SMART KPIs.
* Demonstrate Project / Portfolio Management capabilities and Prioritization Review and Execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Business Process Reengineering skills. Drive continuous optimization of our support systems, workflows, and tools enabling operations at scale and effortless user experience.
* Deep skills for portfolio / project management on platforms such as Asana, Monday etc.
* Innovative mind-set and strong understanding of Design Thinking principles.
* Proactive and results oriented, process oriented.
* Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties.
* Knowledge of planning systems such as Kinaxis.
Education:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Information. Systems or Business Management.
* Certification in Project Management would be a plus.
* Fluency in English.
