About us
balance is a growing group of premium Reformer Pilates studios with locations across Kildare and Wicklow. Limerick will be our 6th studio and we are building a strong, supportive team from the start.
Our studios are bright, beautiful and busy. We focus on intelligent movement, high standards and a welcoming, community feel. You will be supported to grow in your role through clear standards, feedback and ongoing training.
We are hiring for three separate roles:
* Reformer Pilates Instructor
* Mat Pilates Instructor
* Yoga Instructor
You can apply for one role or more, depending on your skills and interests.

You will:
* Teach group classes in our new Limerick studio
* Program thoughtful, safe and effective classes
* Build relationships with regular and new clients
* Work in line with balance standards and guidelines
* Communicate with the studio team about cover, client notes and studio updates

Requirements
Reformer Pilates Instructor
* Certified Reformer Pilates qualification
* Teaching experience preferred, but we will consider newly qualified instructors with the right attitude
* Strong understanding of delivering, strength based classes with safe progressions and modifications
Mat Pilates Instructor
* Certified Mat Pilates qualification
* Confidence teaching mixed level classes
* Clear cueing and interest in intelligent programming
Yoga Instructor
* Recognised yoga teacher training
* Comfortable teaching mixed level classes
* Ability to create a calm, inclusive and grounded environment
All roles
* Up to date insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
* Permission to work in Ireland and fluent in English
* Availability for a mix of mornings, evenings or weekends
