EHS International is recruiting on behalf of our client for an EHS Consultant with a minimum of four years experience to support an established Safety Consultancy service. This is a full time, site based role reporting to the Senior EHS Consultant for a twelve month project.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the General Application Regulations 2007 to 2021, and the Construction Regulations 2013
• Deliver project construction safety management in line with PSCS and PSDP requirements
• Support the review and update of SOPs, risk assessments and safety documentation
• Participate in site inspections, safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Help monitor PPE usage, welfare facilities and emergency procedures
• Assist in incident reporting, safety audits and follow up actions
• Promote a positive safety culture across client operations
Requirements
• Qualification in EHS or a related discipline
• Knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a site based environment
• Strong computer skills
