Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Credit Controller.
* Manage and oversee a large volume of customer accounts across multiple locations.
* Proactively pursue outstanding payments via various communication channels.
* Address and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
* Prepare and distribute regular reports detailing aged debts, including monthly statements for customers.
* Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement cash forecasting strategies.
* Provide support for ad hoc projects as required by the business.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of experience in credit control or a related field, with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, self-motivation, and the ability to influence prompt payment from customers.
