Job Title: Fresh Food Manager
Main Purpose:
Ensure the efficient operation of fresh food departments and provide exceptional customer service.

* Oversee and prioritize workload in fresh departments.
* Set and achieve sales targets with the team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Manage employee rostering and annual leave for fresh departments.
* Maintain high standards of merchandising and presentation in fresh departments.
Requirements:
* 2 years' experience in a fresh food department is desirable.
* 1 year's experience in a supervisor/manager role is desirable.
* Understanding of achieving KPIs and targets.
* Passion for fresh food.
