Full job description
This is predominately rostered 5 out of 7 days.
Requirements:
We require a full-time Senior Chef to join our busy kitchen team.
The successful candidate will work to manage daily kitchen activities, including aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring ordering and stocking and will provide meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
Responsibilities
· Following recipe specifications
· Implementing policies and procedures
· Maintaing consistency and quality
· planning and directing food preparation
· Troubleshoot any issues that arise
· Ordering and maintaining par stocks of raw ingredients and prepared foods
· Maintain hygiene
· Be a good leader
Requirements
· Legitimate qualifications in cookery or commensurate experience .
· Track record of competence in managing a team
· Ability to work under pressure
· Must have permission to work in Ireland
· Must follow Employee Handbook and the Safety Procedures
