Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Kitchen Designer / Sales Designer to design, sell, and deliver high-end bespoke kitchens and joinery projects. This is a client-facing, end-to-end role: from first meeting and design presentation through to final sign-off and delivery.
This is not a "design-only" role. You will own your projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
* Meet and greet clients in the showroom
* Lead initial consultations and design presentations
* Understand client briefs, budgets, and expectations
* Confidently sell luxury bespoke kitchens and joinery
* Act as the primary point of contact for your projects
Design
* Produce high-quality kitchen and joinery designs
* Present and explain layouts, materials, finishes, and detailing
* Revise designs in line with structured feedback
* Maintain design accuracy and attention to detail throughout
Project Ownership
* Manage your projects from concept to production release
* Coordinate with CAD, production, and project management teams
* Ensure designs are fully resolved and ready for manufacture
* Attend site meetings where required
* Maintain clear communication internally and externally
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Proven experience designing and selling kitchens
* Strong design ability with a clear eye for detail
* Confident client communication and presentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Strong organisational and follow-through skills
Desirable
* Experience in luxury or bespoke joinery
* Familiarity with CAD / kitchen design software
* Understanding of manufacturing constraints and detailing
* Experience working with architects and interior designers
