Design Build Search is currently seeking an experiencedSite Manager with a background in residential construction on behalf of our client, a luxury home builder based in Co. Meath. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives to maintain workflow and meet programme deadlines. Ensure site logistics are planned effectively, including deliveries, waste management, and material storage. Monitor daily progress and maintain site diaries and progress reports. Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures. Act as primary point of contact on site for subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors Requirements: 35 years experience managing residential construction sites (new-build housing). Strong knowledge of construction processes, trades coordination, and site sequencing. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead site teams. Solid understanding of building regulations, NHBC/LABC requirements, and H&S legislation. Experience delivering homes through to completion and handover. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Competent with site documentation, digital reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Skills: Site Management Residential Construction
