Position: Senior Chef de Partie Location: North County Dublin (Coastal) Industry: Hospitality (4* Hotel) Salary: €38,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including weekends and public holidays) Overview A busy 4-star hotel in North County Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team.
This role offers the opportunity to work across all sections of the kitchen, producing high-quality dishes for a range of services including breakfast, restaurant, banquets, and events.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Prepare dishes for breakfast, carvery, bar menu, restaurant service, and events.
Carry out HACCP duties, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Support junior kitchen staff and lead sections when required.
Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members and front-of-house staff.
Requirements 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or busy food service environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and awareness of industry trends.
HACCP knowledge and compliance.
Ability to multi-task and assist across all areas of the kitchen when needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
