Agency New Business Manager – Digital Marketing
·Drive success for advertisers and agencies by developing relationships, growing revenue, and providing strategic marketing insights. Work closely with digital agencies and businesses to optimize ad campaigns and maximize ROI .
·Manage a portfolio of advertising clients, optimize their digital ad performance, and develop data-driven strategies to help businesses grow. Collaborate with internal teams and educate clients on the latest advertising innovations .
·Identify and engage new businesses, helping them launch their digital advertising journey. Provide tailored marketing strategies, educate advertisers, and drive success through data-driven campaign optimization .
Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
What You’ll Do (Varies by Role):
Prospect, engage, and grow relationships with advertisers and agencies
Develop, pitch, and implement advertising strategies tailored to client goals
Optimize digital marketing campaigns and analyse key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPC)
Educate and support advertisers on campaign setup, optimization, and platform features
Work toward KPIs & quarterly revenue targets to drive business success
Stay ahead of industry trends and the latest in digital advertising technology
What You’ll Bring:
1+ year experience in digital marketing, sales, or account management
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Knowledge of digital ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat)
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools (Google Suite, MS Office)
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
Target-driven mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow
Hybrid work environment – 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH
