We are seeking a Sales &Business Development Consultant who is ready to:
Leverage extensive sales and business development expertise to deliver high-value solutions
Build trusted relationships and guide clients through strategic decision-making processes
Contribute to business growth through a consultative, insight-driven approach
Combine performance with purpose, supporting both client success and personal career progression
This is a 100% remote, performance-based role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through calls, email, and digital channels, establishing professional and trust-based relationships
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs, objectives, and challenges
Identify and recommend appropriate programs and services aligned with client goals
Support clients throughout their journey, ensuring a high standard of experience and measurable outcomes
Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within consulting, coaching, or professional services
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and address complex client needs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Experience working in remote or flexible environments
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
Interest in personal development, leadership, or client transformation
