Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to lead our Dressing Clinic in North Dublin. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing expertise in managing complex tissue viability conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the daily operation of the Dressing Clinic, ensuring high-quality wound assessment, treatment, and management.
2. Create and implement evidence-based practice guidelines for wound care, infection prevention, and tissue viability.
3. Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing staff and students.
4. Promote safe, effective, and person-centred care at all times.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Tissue Viability nursing with post-registration education relevant to this area. We are looking for someone who is able to work closely with various teams across the organisation to promote seamless service delivery. They should possess strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams within an acute hospital setting. IT skills are also essential.
