We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Electrical Department in a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
* Advise and assist customers with product selection and sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Maintain strong product knowledge across the electrical department, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
* Ensure high merchandising standards and attractive displays to drive sales and increase customer engagement
* Handle customer queries and after-sales support professionally, providing solutions to any issues that may arise
* Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics, with a proven track record of success
* Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and technology systems
* Ability to work flexible shifts (5 days over 7, including weekends) and adapt to changing business needs
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike
