Our team members are the beating heart of our stores, bringing passion to work and delivering an amazing experience for every customer. Your core responsibility is to ensure customers enjoy their time in store, whether helping them select footwear or styling an outfit.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interact with customers, educate them on products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
* Maintain store standards front and back, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
* Cash management and adherence to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
* Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
* Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
* Passion for the brand and brand lifestyles
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive and professional attitude
* Willingness to learn and share product knowledge
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere
