They are seeking a qualified accountant to support their Managing Director.

Role Overview As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the companys financial health.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and present at monthly meetings Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor budgets and forecasts, providing insights and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Support financial planning and analysis for business growth.
Implement and improve financial systems and processes.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quick Books, Sage).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
