We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to lead our Field Service team.
About the Role:
1. This is a senior technical leadership role that requires strong refrigeration engineering expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing teams.
2. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and carrying out planned and reactive service works across commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
3. You will take ownership of installation projects, system refurbishments, planning, costing, budget control, delivery to programme).
4. Promote best practice safety compliance consistent workmanship sites support training upskilling performance junior team members manage customer queries deliver professional solutions-focused outcomes maintain accurate service project documentation digital job management systems advise engineers technicians apprentices.
