Assistant Store Manager – Dublin City
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established, high-volume, retail business who offer a strong emphasis on quality products and excellent customer experience.

The successful candidate will support daily store operations, people management and stock control, leading by example rather than managing from a distance.
Salary & Package
1. Salary up to €40,000
2. 10% bonus paid monthly
3. Total package up to €44,000
Key Responsibilities – Assistant Store Manager
4. Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store.
5. Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales performance.
6. Actively manage and motivate the store team, supporting performance, engagement and development.
7. Take responsibility for large volumes of stock, including deliveries, stock control and replenishment.
8. Maintain strong visual merchandising standards in line with brand and seasonal collections.
9. Ensure the store operates efficiently while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
10. Support rota planning, absence management and general people management responsibilities.
11. Step up to manage the store in the Store Manager's absence.
Experience & Background for this Retail Assistant Manager
12. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor in a retail environment.
13. Experience working in a high-volume store with significant stock levels.
14. Proven people management or team leadership experience.
