The successful candidate will actively collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business processes, define and prioritize business requirements, and support the development and enhancement of automation solutions. Additional responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, preparing reports, and supporting solution implementation to facilitate seamless operational efficiency.Experience:5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.Prior exposure to semiconductor fabs or automation/robotics strongly preferred.Experience writing URS and functional specifications for automation or manufacturing projects.Familiarity with tool automation, MES systems, and integration with fab IT systems desirable.Requirements Gathering & AnalysisEngage with process engineers, operators, maintenance teams, and automation engineers to understand existing workflows.Capture detailed User Requirements Specifications (URS) for Robotic automationTranslate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.Process & Workflow AnalysisMap current manual workflows, identify pain points, and propose automation opportunities.Support feasibility analysis for Robotic integration into fab equipment and handling systems.Documentation & CommunicationProduce clear, structured documentation including:User Requirement Specifications (URS)Business Process ModelsUse Cases & User StoriesFunctional Requirements Documents (FRD)Act as the central point of contact for requirement traceability from concept to deployment.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to extract, interpret, and present data insightsExpertise in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering and stakeholder engagementProficiency in understanding and optimizing Business ProcessesExcellent Communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentationExperience identifying and defining Business Requirements for automation and process improvementBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience in robotics, process automation, or digital transformation is an advantageProficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, process mapping software, and analytics tools
