We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients' projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing building information models (BIM) across various construction projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in a BIM role, preferably with a main contractor;
* Degree-qualified in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, or construction management;
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality BIM solutions on time and within budget;
* Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
