We're now looking for an energetic, organised, and people-focused Territory Manager to take full ownership of service delivery across the Cork region.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with full responsibility for the planning, performance, training, and support of our field-based merchandising teams. You'll be the link between our clients, our systems, and our people on the ground.
You'll spend time in the field, working closely with merchandisers, while also managing scheduling, performance, recruitment, and quality from a commercial perspective.
What You'll Be Responsible For
End-to-end delivery of merchandising and marketing services in your region
Managing, supporting, and motivating field-based teams
Clear communication of briefs, schedules, and daily activity
Recruitment planning to ensure adequate coverage and flexibility
Training and onboarding of new and existing field staff
Monitoring performance, quality, and KPIs
Managing queries and resolving issues within agreed SLAs
Controlling costs, mileage, and field-based assets
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
Working closely with Operations and Client Service teams
What We're Looking For
Experience in merchandising, POS placement, or field operations
Strong people-management and communication skills
Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
Solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Willingness to be hands-on and work alongside field staff when required
Full driving licence (preferred)
Right to work in Ireland
