The successful candidate will enter our accountancy training program to achieve ACCA qualification or equivalent.RoleExposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Accounts / Year end audit workProcesses purchase invoices from P.O. stage to paymentReconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balancesEnsure all invoices/expense are fully and correctly costedMaintain accounts payable ledgers by verifying and posting account transactionsVerify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactionsGenerate sales invoices and account statementsAssist with cash control and resolve customer queriesMaintain accounts receivable ledgers and recordsLiaises with auditors and complete bank reconciliationsRequirementsNo experience necessaryExcellent IT/Communications skills essentialAbility to work as part of a multi-functional teamCommitted to pursuing an accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent)ACCA or equivalent Examination Exemptions (preferrable but not essential)BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
