The HR Administrator will provide essential support across a range of HR activities, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, data management, and general administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* Support the administration of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
* Maintain and update HR records and databases in line with GDPR and internal policies.
* Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.
* Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in an HR or administrative role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
