Hotel Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the manager with the day-to-day running of the hotel and its food and beverage offering.
* Manage a strong team across all departments of the hotel.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Presentation, politeness, and a welcoming manner are crucial for enhancing the guest/customer experience.
* Exceptional Communication, Leadership, Organisation, and Time Management Skills are required.
* Oversee and work closely with Departmental Managers of the hotel.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS systems.
