What You'll Do
* Provide friendly, effective support to customers using our business management software
* Troubleshoot issues, guide users through solutions, and ensure they feel supported at every step
* Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex queries
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
* Continually build your knowledge of our product suite
What We're Looking For
We know this is a niche position, but the right candidate will shine if they have:
Excellent communication skills
You can explain technical concepts in a clear, calm, and professional way.
Customer service experience
You're comfortable supporting customers, understanding their needs, and building strong working relationships.
A good understanding of bookkeeping & accounting fundamentals
Debits, credits, ledgers, reconciliations—you know the basics and can apply them.
Strong general computer literacy
You pick up new systems quickly and enjoy learning how software works.
A proactive, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
You don't just solve problems—you help prevent them.
