Job Description:
* Shaping the product vision that aligns with the company's digital strategy
* Translating business needs into actionable user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
* Managing a well-groomed, prioritised product backlog in collaboration with the development team
* Defining Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and managing iterative releases based on business value and feedback
* Serving as the primary liaison between the business and the development team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 4+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a digital or technology-driven environment
* Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
* Proven ability to manage a product lifecycle from discovery to delivery in an agile setting
* Experience in writing clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
* Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
