Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Sales Process Manager to oversee and optimize our sales processes. The Sales Process Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining our sales operations, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency to achieve sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize the recruitment sales cycle and drive revenue growth.
* Create and close new sales opportunities, working towards an impressive, but realistic target.
* Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the sales team to define and refine sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
* Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively execute the sales process.
* Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of sales tools, systems, and technologies to support the sales process.
* Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales processes with overall business objectives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and retention.
* Monitor and assess competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
* Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, initiatives, and outcomes to senior management.
* Continuously assess and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
* Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to inform decision-making.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales teams.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies.
* Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Salary range €40 to €45k + commission
