Senior Process Development Specialist Position
The role involves spearheading the development and implementation of processes within the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical sectors. You will be responsible for managing project execution from initiation to closeout, with a focus on design and coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process Design: Developing process designs, preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, Process Design Philosophies, and calculations.
* Design Coordination: Coordinating designs with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
* API Expertise: Experience in API design and operation is advantageous, particularly in the Pharmaceutical sector.
* Process Safety Management: Demonstrated awareness of process safety engineering principles.
* Collaboration and Delivery: Interfacing with client teams, ensuring timely delivery of agreed-upon scope within budget and schedule constraints.
Key Qualifications:
* Education: Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in API design/operation, offering a significant advantage.
* Process Knowledge: Awareness of process safety management and a solid understanding of process design philosophies.
* Sector Expertise: Extensive design experience in the Pharmaceutical sector, with a strong grasp of industry requirements.
* Self-Motivation and Communication: Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
