About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join our Estates team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our buildings and estates across Belfast City Centre.
Your new role will involve preparing and maintaining planned maintenance programmes, including associated procedures and schedules for mechanical installations to ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out at the correct intervals.
