This is a full-timePermanent opportunity based in the Citywest office operating on a hybrid model with 23 days onsite per week or remotely within the UK. The successful candidate will support the delivery, enhancement and ongoing development of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions within a fast-paced and innovative enterprise environment. About the Role This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), particularly within Customer Service environments. You will play a key role in enhancing existing capabilities while also contributing to the design and delivery of new greenfield Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions. Working as part of a collaborative transformation team, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and innovative business solutions that support continued growth. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a focus on Customer Service environments. Work effectively within a managed Dynamics 365 environment. Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline and automate business processes. Deploy solutions through CI/CD pipelines (manual deployments to test and production environments are not permitted). Manage and maintain Git-based source control and versioning practices. Support the CRM Architect with solution documentation, governance, configuration oversight, and integrations. Dynamics 365 CRM Development Configure CRM components including: Tables Views Forms Business Process Flows Security Roles Workflows Develop plugins and JavaScript libraries. Support the development and maintenance of Canvas Apps where required. Stay current with new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and capabilities. Project Delivery Work within project and programme objectives and delivery guidelines. Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and delivery processes. Prioritise tasks effectively and provide regular progress and status updates to relevant project streams. Requirements 5+ years experience in Dynamics 365 development, ideally within Customer Engagement (CE/CRM). Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Microsoft Power Platform. Experience designing reusable, scalable solutions and components. Hands-on experience developing: Plugins Workflows Power Automate flows Logic Apps Canvas Apps Experience designing integrations using Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with ALM tools such as Git Enterprise and Azure DevOps. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within cloud and solution architecture environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to analyse complex technical challenges and implement best-practice solutions. Desirable Experience Experience building web applications in Azure. SAP integration experience. Experience working with SaaS platforms and integrations.
