Job Description:We are seeking an experiencedScrum Masterto lead and coach Agile teams within themedical device manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles while delivering high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards specific to the medical device industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead Agile teams as a servant leader, fostering collaboration and accountability.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog.Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth delivery.Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and mindset.Ensure Agile processes align with medical device compliance, regulatory, and quality standards (e.g., FDA, ISO Drive continuous improvement to optimize team performance and product delivery.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with medical device or regulated industry clients.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
