This is a high-profile, very well-established firm with a large workforce and state of the art offices. The duties of this role will include:
1. Diary and travel management including flight and hotel booking, coordinating itineraries and booking meetings.
2. Inbox management.
3. Financial administration - processing expenses, client billing and generating reports.
4. Managing AML and client onboarding procedures.
5. Document creation, editing and formatting in line with firm standards. Proofreading and making changes as required.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
1. Two years’ experience as a Legal Secretary/PA/EA in a fast-paced environment.
2. Experience using billing systems, CMS, client database software and MS Office including strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Experience using AML for client onboarding.
