Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing individual to manage, grow and develop the Orthopaedic Implant & Power Tools portfolio within Ireland, specifically in the Leinster area.
The role reports to the Aesculap Business Lead and is based at the Dublin Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales to achieve profitability and margin targets.
Identify and maximise new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Promote the AESCULAP Orthopaedic Implant & Power Tools portfolio and differentiate the brand from the competition.
Lead theatre/hospital capital projects and deliver value as a trusted systems partner.
Enhance the existing Service model for Orthopaedic Procedures & Power Tools across all disciplines.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and customers.
Maintain market and competitor analysis, provide regular feedback and stay abreast of developments and trends within the territory.
Provide training, presentations, in-services and education to end users and represent the B. Braun Company in a professional manner.
Skills & Competencies
Strong sense of urgency and excellent communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and train staff and customers.
Resilient and self-driven with goal orientation and tenacity to handle objections.
Develop strong clinical and business relationships with Regional Key Opinion Leaders.
Plan, problem-solve and adapt creatively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Requirements
Commercial experience in orthopaedic surgery – minimum 2–3 years.
Proven customer relationship building experience.
Experience in the local healthcare sector.
Full clean driving licence.
Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
