Project Coordinator - Primavera
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in project scheduling and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role:
* Establish project objectives in line with client requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achieved
* Execution of projects via an established Quality and Management system
* Responsible for development and management of project schedules and project controls tools
* Liaise with project management team with regular schedule performance status reports
* Provide valued input to Constructability Reviews
Requirements:
* Degree qualified
* 5+ years' experience with Primavera
* Demonstrable experience in Project Scheduling of complex capital projects
* Proficient in the use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Projects and Microsoft PowerPoint
* Clear communication & people skills
* Good time management skills
* Self-starter and decision maker
* Interpersonal and communication skills are essential
* Thorough understanding and experience of project co-ordination & management through the full project lifecycle
