Agnew General Engineering Ltd are seeking an office administrator to run the day-to-day operation of our office. Administer accounts payable and receivable on Sage Accounts. Operation of weekly Sage Payroll for 10 staff. General office duties as required.
Responsibilities
* Administer accounts payable and receivable on Sage Accounts
* Process Purchase and Sales invoices
* Quarterly VAT Returns
* Wages and Pension contributions weekly on Sage Payroll (10 staff), make payments and liaise with HMRC
* General office duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word and Excel
* Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll desirable but training will be provided
* Previous experience in an office environment/book-keeping
