Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations across various outlets
2. Maintain consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
3. Lead and guide junior kitchen staff during service
4. Collaborate with the Head Chef on seasonal menu planning and recipe development
5. Ensure compliance with rigorous food safety and hygiene standards
6. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Requirements:
* At least 35 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining or luxury hotel kitchens
* Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail
* Effective leadership and communication abilities
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Food Safety and HACCP certification
* Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences
