Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed individual sales targets through strategic prospecting, up-selling, and cross-selling of commercial products and services.
* Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer queries, escalating issues as necessary.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial product offerings and compliance requirements to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
* Contribute to office operations, including participation in local market initiatives and providing support to other regional offices as required.
* Foster collaborative working relationships with FBD Life and Pension Financial Advisors to enhance overall service excellence.
Requirements:
* Equivalent qualifications or relevant third-level education is preferred.
* Possession of Approved Product Advisor (APA), Approved Product Professional (APP), Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) or Grandfathered Accreditation is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
