My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-qualified accountant to join their growing finance team. Responsibilities:
* Carry out reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and other key financial records.
* Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities across the finance team.
* Assist in compiling VAT returns and other statutory tax submissions.
* Perform variance analysis and offer insights into financial trends and performance.
* Assist with the year-end audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
* Take on ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
* Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and MS Office.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
