Key Responsibilities
* Review and analyze weekly cash flow reports to ensure accurate financial positioning.
* Monitor bank accounts, reconcile cash movements, and identify areas for cost reduction.
* Closely manage accounts, facilitating timely debt repayments, borrowings, and loan reconciliations.
* Prepare detailed expense reports, including allocations to various platforms and vehicles.
* Collaborate with third-party managing agents on account management, audit, and AP filings.
* Audit calls with auditors to maintain compliance and address any concerns.
* Develop and present finance slides for quarterly meetings, highlighting key performance indicators.
* Create forecasts for expected monthly expenses and recharge invoices for debt facilities.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
* Accounting accreditation (ACA, ACCA, CPA, etc.).
* Minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience, with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
* Awareness of contractual documents and excellent communication skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
* Strong analytical background and ability to work under tight deadlines.
