Job Title: Personal Lines Direct Sales Agent
Zurich is seeking a Personal Lines Direct Sales Agent to join their Direct New Business Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
* Follow up on quotations and complete sales of Zurich products (home, motor & van) over the phone with customers;
* Identify calls likely to result in new business opportunities;
* Cross-sell additional products to existing customers;
* Convert quotations into sales by exceeding team targets;
* Retain current customers within challenging business targets;
