The job that is available is a fixed term contract job opportunity as a Training Development Manager. You will be in a position to complete your work in a professional environment that operates in an exciting sector.
You will be seeking a Contract Training Delivery Manager role which requires you to take ownership of a project and ensure that you complete the project within the set deadlines.
The duration of this contract is five months with possibility for extension (and possibly permanency).
This role is a hybrid role. You will be required to work in the office (based in South Tipperary) two days per week and you will be free to work the remaining three days per week from home.

The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:
* Support the ongoing roll out of a recently launched Learning Management System
* Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes
* Troubleshooting issues that arise for users
* Updating training materials as required
In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following:
* Have a minimum of 2 years Learning & Development experience
* Have held experience within Learning and Development
* Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* An ability to meet deadlines promptly and good communication skills
